Material, height and swing confirmed
Material, height, swing direction, access and matching fence details locked in writing.

60% deposit before work starts
A 60% deposit secures your install window and covers materials and hardware being ordered in.

Built with care and accuracy
Posts plumb, gates square, hardware tightened properly — gate hung so it swings and latches the way it should.
06
Final 40% at job completion
The remaining 40% is paid once the gate is finished and you’re happy with the result.
